Below is a list of places you can call for assistance, to talk or ask questions. You do not have to be in a crisis situation to call. You may have questions about your own experiences, or you may want ideas on how to help a friend or family member. In New Hampshire there is a law that says abuse against a minor (someone under the age of 18) must be reported to a child protective service agency. Keep in mind that crisis lines do not require you to give your name.
